Start With a Complimentary Consultation
Book online and share your vision, ideas, travel needs, timing, and any details already taking shape. As we talk, you will get a feel for how I work and whether Cashmere Touch Travel is the right fit for your plans.

Review the Planning Summary
After the call, you will receive a summary of what we discussed, along with the timeline and cost for delivering your itinerary.
You approve the scope, timing, and planning fee before proposal work begins.

Approve and Begin
Once approved and paid, I develop the single-best proposal for your needs and present it on schedule. Minor revisions to flights, lodging, or activities may be requested. Major changes, such as date or destination changes, are handled at additional cost.
You confirm whether the proposal direction is ready to reserve, needs minor refinement, or should pause.

Confirm and Reserve
The planning and proposal are yours. You may continue with booking, wait, or take no action. Pricing is not locked until deposit is placed. If you move forward, I send authorizations for deposits and begin the booking process. Credit card information is transmitted and stored through PCI-compliant systems.
You authorize deposits and confirm reservations when you are ready to move forward.

Coordinated Confidence
We coordinate every aspect of your trip with your needs foremost. Your itinerary and documents are delivered in your preferred format, and concierge support continues from departure to return.
You can request a printed booklet at least 14 days before departure if you would like one.
Planning fees are clear before the work begins
Comprehensive and a la carte fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward trip costs. They are paid directly to Cashmere Touch Travel for the research, planning, and preparation of a complete travel plan or individual pieces, and they serve as a retainer for concierge services until you complete your trip.
